Open calculatorUnderstanding Amazon FBA Fees in 2026
Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) charges sellers multiple types of fees for using its fulfillment network. Understanding these fees is critical for pricing your products correctly and maintaining healthy profit margins. The main fee categories include referral fees (Amazon's commission, typically 8-20% depending on category), FBA fulfillment fees (for picking, packing, and shipping your products), monthly storage fees (based on cubic footage and season), and various surcharges.
As of 2026, Amazon has also introduced a 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge on all FBA fulfillment fees. Additionally, storage fees increase significantly during Q4 (October through December) to manage warehouse capacity during the holiday season. Sellers with inventory stored for more than 271 days face aged inventory surcharges.
Our suite of calculators helps you navigate this complex fee structure. Each tool is designed for a specific use case — whether you need a quick fee estimate, a comprehensive profit analysis, or a break-even calculation.
